For more than 50 years, Community Health Charities (CHC) has united caring donors in the workplace with the nation’s most trusted health charities. In partnership with its member charities and corporate partners, CHC gives donors, employers and charities opportunities to develop personal relationships at the community level that improve the lives of those affected by a chronic disease or disability.
